to apply for exhibitor and resource tables at the 9th Annual Arizona Drug Summit.

TABLE DETAILS
To help ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants, please review the important setup, staffing, and fee details below:
- Table setup must be completed by 8:00 a.m.; teardown by 4:00 p.m.
- Each organization will receive one 6-foot table and two chairs
- Tables must be set up by 7:30 a.m. on the day of the event and staffed during: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m., all conference breaks, and lunch
- Vendor fee: $250 (payable by check or credit card)
(Fee includes table space only; no conference registrations or meals are included)

Please complete this form to sign up to be featured at the 2026 AZ Drug Summit. Applications must be submitted by July 15th, 2026.
Submitting this application does not guarentee exhibition acceptance. We reserve the right to decline exhibitions that do not align with our mission and values. MATFORCE and AZHIDTA maintains a policy of independence from pharmaceutical industry influence, and exhibitions are not accepted from pharmaceutical manufacturers or their subsidiaries.
